3. Working process

The corn cob passes through the feeding screw and enters the threshing host. After double-rolling for threshing, the impurities after threshing enter the slag sieve and are discharged. The corn kernels and part of the impurities enter the fork sieve. The impurities on the sieve are blown up, and the impurities are sucked in by the suction fan. It is discharged from the suction port, and the corn kernels fall to the second layer of large-hole sieve, the third layer of small-hole sieve, enter the collector, and are sent to the upper collector and bagging mechanism through the lifting auger for bagging and packaging.
